I sent two e-mails to Dell asking if there was a way to recover my product key or receive a new product key but received no response. We can install the office 365, reboot, shows no office install. You can find the package name by using this command: DISM /online /get-packages. They changed it on one of their computers to use office 2016 pro plus. To remove the LCU after installing the combined SSU and LCU package, use the DISM/Remove-Package command line option with the LCU package name as the argument. I went to My Dell Downloads to download it again and the only program listed there for my computer was McAfee. Office 365 won't uninstall Posted by ManyHats08 on Nov 19th, 2018 at 1:25 PM Solved Microsoft Office I have a user that was using an office 365 install. However, there was no version of Office on this new version of Windows that I had to install. (This is important because I was never able to access my product key for Microsoft Office Home and Business, nor could I assign a Microsoft e-mail account to my Office product.) After talking to Dell tech support, I was told that the start-up process of Windows on my computer was corrupted and I would have to reload a new version of Windows 10 on my computer via a USB drive. When I received my computer, it was unable to complete the initial start-up installation process for Windows 10. I purchased an XPS 13 and chose to purchase a permanent license for Microsoft Office Home and Business 2016 for my computer as well.
